It
was recently announced at this year’s annual
US Marine Global Dealer Meeting in San Diego, CA that
G&S Marine of Buzzards Bay, MA had earned themselves
the accolade of being the #1 Trophy Dealer in the
World for Customer Satisfaction.
Trophy’s
“President’s Award” for Customer
Satisfaction recognizes those dealers who have shown
outstanding commitment to their customers before,
during and after the sale.
These
dealers go the extra mile to ensure their customers
have a great boat buying experience, and that fact
is reflected in customer feedback and CSI survey results.
Last
year G&S Marine had earned themselves the distinction
as the #2 Trophy dealer in the world for Customer
Satisfaction which is, in no way, a small accomplishment.
But, G&S Marine President Gary Bacchiocchi was
far from content. Harboring a World War II era philosophy
of never resting on one’s laurels, but continue
to press forward and to accept nothing less than total
and utter victory.
“We
realize that we will never be the biggest [dealership]
around;” says Mr. Bacchiocchi, “Our only
goal is to be the best.”
The
